Faculty Development Workshop Enhances Teaching Excellence

Over 150 academic staff participated in an intensive workshop on modern pedagogical approaches, digital assessment tools, and student-centered learning methodologies.

The three-day workshop was facilitated by education experts from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and partner institutions.

Topics covered included blended learning strategies, competency-based assessment, educational technology integration, and research supervision techniques.

Participants received certificates of completion and committed to implementing new teaching strategies in their respective departments.
